ParrisWhittaker is proud to announce our participation and sponsorship at the University of The Bahamas North ​​special conference titled, “Color, Class & Colonialism: 50 Years Later”.

It is an honour for ParrisWhittaker to be part of an event with such importance for Bahamian culture and history and to promote our values, cultural identity, and uniqueness. So many explorers got lost in the natural beauties of the Bahamas and its treasures. However, the real treasure of the Bahamas is its people. About the UB North conference

In honour of the 50th Anniversary of Independence in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas,

University of The Bahamas North will be hosting a special conference titled, “Color, Class &

Colonialism: 50 Years Later”. The conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 15th –

Friday, February 17th, in Freeport, Grand Bahama. The conference gathers Bahamian scholars at home or abroad who will discuss education, governance, identity, culture, and the economy to ensure our beloved Bahamaland can continue to move forward, upward, and onward together. The conference is expected to reach a broad audience as the sessions will be streamed live on social media.
