Global Law Experts (GLE) recently announced that they have named ParrisWhittaker as the Commercial Litigation Firm of the Year in the Bahamas for the third consecutive year.
GLE is the premier guide to the leading legal professionals throughout the world. Their mission is to celebrate legal firms and individuals that make a difference in their communities. Their annual awards have been recognising excellence, innovation and performance across the legal communities from around the world since 2010.
“We certainly aspire to grow better as individuals and as a team every single year. We’re honoured to have been recognised by the GLE again, and we take this as a sign that we’re on the right track,” said Jacy Whittaker, founding partner of ParrisWhittaker.
The official 2021 GLE Awards Publication will be circulated to all registered users of the GLE website via hard copy and email (over 300,000 people worldwide). An E-version of the publication will also be added to the GLE website and will be available to download for free. Last year’s 2020 awards publication has had over 420,000 unique visitors to date.
“It’s hard to process everything that has changed in all of our lives, both professionally and personally over the last 12 months. We’ve worked hard to find new ways to serve our clients, and I am incredibly proud of how our team has pulled together,” added Whittaker.
The GLE received over 120,000 responses from business directors, in-house legal counsel, independent law firms, high net-worth individuals, bar associations, visitors to the GLE website and LinkedIn users. These recommendations were combined with GLE’s own independent research in order to create a shortlist for each award category.
About Global Law Experts (GLE)
Global Law Experts prides itself on the validity of its awards and their winners. They are allocated solely on merit and recognise leaders in their respective fields. While they offer packages to help the winner promote their achievement, there is never any commercial requirement and further, no award can be guaranteed by payment, only by merit, sheer determination and hard work.
They understand that bigger does not necessarily mean better. Their awards are broken down first by region and then into wider categories, ensuring that every firm has a fair chance based on merit, not size – from local to global, boutique to full-service.
