The year 2022 has been one of rapid expansion for ParrisWhittaker. This young year has already seen them announce a new office in Nassau. Now, the team is thrilled to announce that they are expanding their operations with a new presence in Turks and Caicos.

“We are blessed to be seeing clients from a broader geographic area in recent months and years. This expansion will help us meet the new demand, and enable us to offer our clients even more services,” said A. Kenra Parris-Whittaker, partner of ParrisWhittaker.

“Having a physical presence and an office in Turks and Caicos ensures that we’re able to help as many people as possible, and ensure that people and business owners don’t have to travel far to work with us. It’s just one of the many ways that we put our clients first.”

Their Turks and Caicos expansion will be made possible by a strategic partnership with George C. Missick, one of the most in-demand and well-respected names in the area. He has built his reputation by working tirelessly for his clients and approaching each case with a combination of passion and strategy.

“I’m incredibly excited to be working with Arthur, Jacy, Kenra and the entire team at ParrisWhittaker. I believe this is a classic win-win. The firm wins by expanding their reach and the breadth of services they can offer. Meanwhile, the community wins by gaining ParrisWhittaker’s name and reputation,” said Missick.

“The boutique law firm model is really the best way to truly serve your clients. We have the experience to fight and win multi-jurisdictional claims in and outside the courtrooms. Yet, we’re still accessible enough to stand up and fight for hardworking business owners in the community. You don’t need Big Law to get Big Experience or Big Success.”

Missick is also a Notary Public for the Turks and Caicos and Bahamas. He has a proven history of representing:

  • Resorts
  • Banks
  • Individuals
  • Developers
  • Other institutional clients

He brings ParrisWhittaker a proven history of results in complex litigation, real estate, corporate, commercial, licensing, immigration, and employment matters. Missick, the former president of the Turks and Caicos Bar Association, has also been retained previously as an expert witness in the USA regarding questions of Turks and Caicos law.
